Climbing sector
The Midwest may not offer a variety of elaborate natural climbs but Sea to Sky Adventures allows for a pristine climbing experience with benefits similar to real thing, minus the risk. In the climbing arena of Sea to Sky you will find rock faces, simulated ice climbing towers, and a boulder. There are routes from beginner to expert allowing enough variety to challenge everyone. Staff members will be on duty daily to belay climbers and assist in necessary ways. Returning climbers can participate in workshops through Sea to Sky to become certified to belay themselves and others. Each climbing arena employee will be experienced and certified in climbing wall operations and risk management techniques. The climbing arena will be in its own quarters of the building with the rubber flooring throughout. While participating in the climbing arena the following equipment will be provided and required to wear: ropes, belay devices, carabineers, helmets, and harnesses. Climbing shoes are required and can be rented upon request. |
