Dear Sea to Sky Investors,
Sea to Sky Adventures is a private, for profit recreation facility located in Milwaukee Wisconsin. We offer the largest variety of outdoor recreation within a hundred mile radius. Sea to Sky Adventures understands that winters can be long in Wisconsin, yet we believe that the weather shouldn’t keep those from pursing the activities that they love the most. That’s why we decided to bring the outdoors inside! With a state of the art scuba dive pool, indoor mountain bike track, rock wall, and high/low ropes course we are diverse enough for the entire family. Sea to Sky recognizes the importance of family fun; that’s why we also provide an on sight daycare known as bitsy belay to accommodate all family schedules. Since rocks, bikes, and water recreation aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, we have provide relaxing viewing areas as well. Fresh and organic food and beverages options are offered at LettuceXplore, and can be enjoyed in our open and foliage rich space known as the ZenZone.
Memberships fluctuate to target various demographics within our facility. We offer traditional and non-traditional family packages, as well as singles and friends discounts. Though our open hours are mostly targeted toward the healthy and young, we do offer various programs for the senior, disabled, and youth. Our ropes course as well as aquatics center can be rented out specifically for the use of team building through corporations, personal use/ parties, and scuba certifications through local colleges.
Sea to Sky Adventures is taking an environmentally conscious stance through LEED Certification. We have chosen to retrofit an existing building that was once an airline Hangar. Since the building already exists, we are expecting additions to begin June 2016 and be completed by September 2016. The existing structure cost 6 million dollars to purchase, and we have budgeted 3 million dollars for the cost of retrofitting. Sea to Sky’s marketing team plans on using their knowledge of mobile marketing, general flyers, event flyers, facility website, social media, television commercials, radio advertisements, as well as billboards to promote the facility and its programs. They will be using a time sensitive and strategic plan broken down into an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly marketing action plan.
We invite you to take a more extensive look into our report components including our 1) executive summary; 2) research; 3) program plan; 4) schematics and renderings; 5) LEED certification; 6) operating budget; and 7) marketing products for a better visualization of our facilities goals, beliefs, products, and services. We have planned for success in funding, as well as promoting these and look forward to approval.
Sincerely,
Sea to Sky Adventure Development Team
